The meeting of the Central Election Committee of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) regarding the assembly elections in Rajasthan and Telangana is being held at the party headquarters in Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Bharatiya Janata Party national president Nadda, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and several members of the party’s election committee attended the meeting. Former Chief Minister of Rajasthan Vasundhara Raj Scindia was also present in the meeting.

Aani, New Delhi. The Central Election Committee of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) met on Friday at the party headquarters in Delhi to discuss the Rajasthan and Telangana assembly elections. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Bharatiya Janata Party national president Nadda, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and several members of the party’s election committee attended the meeting.

At the same time, former Chief Minister of Rajasthan Vasundhara Raj Scindia, Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, BJP President CP Joshi, Leader of Opposition in Parliament Rajinder Rathore and many other leaders of Rajasthan attended the meeting.

Brainstorming continues on Rajasthan and Telangana assembly elections

It is understood that the Central Election Committee met under the leadership of party president Nadda to discuss the second list of candidates and strategy for the Rajasthan Assembly elections. In the meeting that lasted for several hours, the second round list for Rajasthan Assembly elections and Telangana candidate list were discussed. 

Parties can give opportunity to new faces

News agency IANS reported that there may be around 50 names in the second list. It is believed that the party may give a chance to new faces in the second list. Meanwhile, BJP can also bet on some MPs by fielding them. At the same time, the party can also announce the list of candidates for Telangana Assembly elections in this meeting.
