Mahua Moitra on Hiranandani’s affidavit TMC MP Mahua Moitra has reportedly raised doubts on the credibility of Hiranandani’s affidavit submitted to the Parliamentary Ethics Committee. The MCA claimed that it was neither on official letterhead nor notarized. The MCA claimed that all this was done by the project office at gunpoint by forcing Hiranandani to sign the white paper.

ANI, Kolkata Mahua Moitra’s affidavit on Hiranandani Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra has once again hit back at the allegations of raising questions in Parliament in exchange for bribe. MCA said that the allegations against him are absolutely false and the testimony of businessman Darshan Hiranandani is also false. 

The MCA claimed that the Prime Minister’s Office threatened Hiranandani at gunpoint into signing the white paper.

TMC MPs also questioned the credibility of the affidavit reportedly submitted by Hiranandani to the Parliamentary Ethics Committee, claiming that the affidavit “neither bears official letterhead nor is it notarized”.
