Assistant Divisional Transport Management Officer Dr. Siyaram Verma said that the number of vehicles that have met the NGT deadline in the district is 1,80,000. Of these, registration of 140,000 vehicles has been suspended. In the coming days, the department will suspend the registration of 40 thousand vehicles.

He said people can choose to obtain NOC of their vehicle and register it outside the National Capital Region of Delhi and then scrap the vehicle.
