Pakistan Cryptography Case Pakistan’s special court on Monday found former Prime Minister Imran Khan guilty in the cryptography case. Apart from Imran Khan, former Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi was also convicted in this case. However, Imran Khan and Shah Mohammad Qureshi pleaded innocent.

PTI, Islamabad. Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has received a big blow from the special court. Pakistan’s special court on Monday found former Prime Minister Imran Khan guilty in the password case.

According to the Press Trust of India news agency, former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan was arrested in August this year. Imran Khan has been accused of leaking secret diplomatic cables (coded) sent by Pakistan’s embassy in Washington. Last year, a case was registered against him for violating national privacy laws.

Apart from Imran Khan, former Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi was also convicted in this case. Imran Khan used the document to suggest that his government was overthrown by a foreign conspiracy.

The case was heard by Judge Abul Hasnat Zulkarnain of the special court of Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi, the Press Trust of India news agency reported. However, Imran Khan and Shah Mohammad Qureshi denied the allegations against them and declared themselves innocent.
